Steal An Egg Enchanted Forest: 50B Speed Gate, Pets & Secrets (2026)

Last updated: 2026-10-10

The Enchanted Forest is the Update 7 biome in Steal An Egg, released October 3–4, 2026. This guide covers the 50 billion Speed gate, the eight new pets with rarities, the Wisp quest line that unlocks the Enchanted Tree, the Butterfly Bloom event and the Enchanted Mutation consumable, and the two secrets hidden in the biome — with unconfirmed details labelled as community-reported.

Enchanted Forest is live — Update 7

Update 7 shipped on October 3–4, 2026 and the biome stays in the game permanently — the event card closed, the biome did not. It is the thirteenth biome and the deepest area on the map: 50 billion Speed to enter, guarded by the Celestial Sunlion, with eight new pets and a quest line that opens a sealed tree. This page uses the official Discord patch notes for everything structural, and flags the numbers that only community trackers have.

What Update 7 adds to Steal An Egg

The Enchanted Forest is a normal biome in structure — steal an egg, carry it home, hatch it — but it is the first one wrapped around a quest. The official patch notes describe three additions: the biome itself with eight new pets, a Wisp that needs help getting home and unlocks the Enchanted Tree in return, and two hidden secrets. A Butterfly Bloom event lives inside the unlocked tree and pays out a guaranteed mutation consumable.

It is also the biggest launch the game has had. Community tracking of the official Roblox API recorded a peak of roughly 9.35 million concurrent players immediately after the update, against a normal baseline of about 1.2 million. That is the reason this biome is worth a dedicated page rather than a paragraph on the biomes hub.

Enchanted Forest Speed gate and guardian

The biome sits past the Angels and Demons zone on the map path. Community checks of the entrance sign report 50 billion Speed, which matches the official note that you need 50B Speed to locate the Wisp — the Wisp only spawns once you are already at the threshold. That makes the gate self-reinforcing: no shortcut gets you in, and the Wisp cannot be found early.

Cherry BlossomAbout 2.5 billionCherry Blossom guardian
Titan TempleAbout 7 billionGorilla King
Angels and Demons20 billionNightly Light or Dark guardian
Enchanted Forest50 billionCelestial Sunlion (Enchanted Lion)

The guardian is described consistently across community coverage as a large purple lion covered in stars with golden paws — the creature on the game’s new icon. It sleeps next to the egg nests and wakes to chase thieves, so the biome rewards route planning over raw Speed. Long, straight escape lines beat cutting through the nest cluster.

All 8 Enchanted Forest pets and their rarities

The official patch notes confirm eight new pets but do not list their names. The roster below comes from community Index data and agrees across three independent trackers, so the names and rarities are reliable. Per-second income values are a different story — trackers publish estimates that contradict each other and are labelled on those sites as predictions, so they are left out here.

PetRarityNotes
Prism GeckoLegendaryThe entry-tier pet reported for the biome — the first thing most players log in the Index.

Celestial SunlionEternalAlso reported as the biome guardian: a large purple lion covered in stars with golden paws that sleeps beside the egg nests and chases thieves.
Royal SkywhaleDivineThe Divine headliner of the biome.

Completing the biome’s Index is reported to award a new weapon you can hit with — a pattern that matches how other zone-completion rewards work in this game. That reward has not been spelled out in the official patch notes, so treat it as community-reported.

The Wisp: how to unlock the Enchanted Tree

A small golden spirit called the Wisp is stuck at the biome entrance and only spawns once you reach 50 billion Speed. Help it complete three tasks, return it home, and it unlocks the Enchanted Tree for you. The task list below is a community transcription from in-game quest text.

#Wisp questWhat to watch out for
1Steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggsCommunity-reported count. You must already have the 50B Speed to reach the biome.
2Complete 1 fusion using an Enchanted Forest petDone at the base Fuse Machine. The reported example uses three Prism Geckos, but that is one player’s run, not a confirmed exclusive recipe.
3Steal any Eternal eggCommunity-reported; one transcription says another biome’s Eternal egg also counts.

Community guides disagree about whether there are three or four quests, and about whether the fusion task means one fusion or several. The version above is the transcription that matches the official note wording most closely. The Wisp also has visible growth stages — community images show four — which may be what is causing the “four quests” claim.

For the full quest walkthrough, see the Wisp quest guide.

Butterfly Bloom and the Enchanted Mutation consumable

Inside the unlocked Enchanted Tree, Butterfly Bloom runs on a timer. You pick up a Butterfly Net and catch as many butterflies as you can, then exchange them for the Enchanted Mutation consumable. The headline detail from the official patch notes is the success rate: the Enchanted Mutation consumable has a 100% chance of working. That is a straight upgrade over the Scrambled mutation item sold in the Dr. Scramble Experiment Shop, which had a reported 1% chance and was a gamble every time.

The biome also yields Enchanted Essence according to community trackers — the material path that leads from the butterfly hunt into the tree’s interior systems. The official notes do not name Enchanted Essence directly, so it is listed here as community-reported rather than confirmed. For how the Enchanted mutation stacks against the older mutation types, see the mutations guide.

The 2 hidden secrets in the Enchanted Forest

The official patch notes are unusually explicit here: two secrets are hidden inside the biome. A secret musical band, and a hidden fusion machine. The notes stop there — no locations, no rewards. Community coverage adds that there is also a co-op fusion tied to a “Spirit World Guardian”, which would make the hidden fusion machine the biome’s second fusion room alongside the Secret Fusion Shrine added in Update 4.

Because the notes confirm the secrets exist but not where, the honest answer right now is that the biome has to be swept on foot. Side paths and unusual landmarks are the reported places to look. Anything claiming a fixed coordinate is guessing.

How to prepare for the Enchanted Forest

The whole biome is gated on Speed, so treadmill progression is the only real preparation. 50 billion is roughly two and a half times the Angels and Demons requirement, so if you have not cleared 20 billion yet, the Enchanted Forest is not your next step — build the income base that pays for the treadmill tiers first.

For the Speed ladder, see the treadmill Speed guide and the biomes and Speed requirements hub. For the zone directly underneath it, see the Angels vs Demons guide.

The complete event and version history lives on the updates log.

The biome, the eight new pets, the Wisp quest line that unlocks the Enchanted Tree, the Butterfly Bloom event with the 100% Enchanted Mutation consumable, and the two hidden secrets (musical band and hidden fusion machine) come from the official Discord patch notes as republished by the Roblox Game Wiki and corroborated by Eggipedia, StealEgg and Bloxron. The 50B Speed gate, the eight pet names and rarities, the Celestial Sunlion guardian description, the Wisp quest task list and Enchanted Essence are community-reported from in-game checks — they agree across sources but are not developer-published. Per-second income values for the new pets are excluded on purpose: the trackers that publish them label them as predictions and they contradict each other, so no figure here is invented.

Steal An Egg Enchanted Forest — FAQ

What is the Enchanted Forest in Steal An Egg?+

The Enchanted Forest is the new biome added by Update 7, released on October 3–4, 2026. It sits past the Angels and Demons zone and is the deepest area on the map, gated behind a 50 billion Speed requirement. It adds eight new pets, the Wisp quest line that unlocks the Enchanted Tree, the Butterfly Bloom event, and two hidden secrets. The developer confirmed the biome, the eight pets, the Wisp, Butterfly Bloom and the two secrets in the official Discord patch notes.

How much Speed do you need for the Enchanted Forest?+

Community checks of the in-game gate sign report 50 billion Speed, the highest requirement in the game — roughly double the 20 billion needed for the Angels and Demons biome and far above the roughly 7 billion for Titan Temple. The official patch notes confirm you need 50B Speed to locate the Wisp, which only spawns once you are at that threshold. Exact gate numbers are worth re-checking on the entrance sign in your own server.

What are the eight Enchanted Forest pets?+

Community Index data lists eight pets: Prism Gecko (Legendary), Petal Beetle and Enchanted Bluejay (Mythic), Astral Jackalope and Spirit Panda (Cosmic), Starry Fox (Secret), Celestial Sunlion (Eternal) and Royal Skywhale (Divine). The rarities agree across three independent community trackers. Per-second income values do not agree between sources and are not published in the official patch notes, so this guide deliberately omits them rather than invent numbers.

How do you unlock the Enchanted Tree?+

Find the Wisp — a small golden spirit that only appears once you have 50 billion Speed — and complete its three quests. The reported task list is: steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs, complete one fusion using an Enchanted Forest pet at the base Fuse Machine, and steal any Eternal egg. After the quests you use “Return the Wisp” and travel back to the tree, which unlocks the entrance. Community guides disagree on the exact quest counts, so treat the structure as settled and the numbers as needing an in-game check.

What is the Butterfly Bloom event?+

Once the Enchanted Tree is unlocked you can go inside, pick up a Butterfly Net, and catch butterflies during Butterfly Bloom. Caught butterflies are exchanged for the new Enchanted Mutation consumable. The official patch notes state the Enchanted Mutation consumable has a 100% chance of working — unlike the Scrambled mutation item from the Dr. Scramble event, which had a reported 1% chance.

What are the two hidden secrets in the Enchanted Forest?+

The official patch notes say two secrets are hidden inside the biome: a secret musical band and a hidden fusion machine. The notes do not say where either one is or what the musical band rewards, so any specific location circulating right now is community guesswork rather than confirmed information.

Does the Enchanted Forest add any codes?+

No. Steal An Egg still has no redeem menu and no working promo codes through Update 7. Free progression comes from Index claims, the like and favourite board, Admin Abuse boosts, Dr. Scramble’s Lab trade-ins, Butterfly Bloom and limited-time events. The codes tracker logs anything the moment it is verified — right now it is empty.
